We are a non-profit organization dedicated to wildlife and environmental conservation, and this website (the “Website”) and its related services (the “Services”) are owned and operated by Pathos Conservation, a 501(c)(3) organization registered in Minnesota, United States. By accessing or using the Website, including but not limited to donating, purchasing from our online store, or engaging with our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”), as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference herein.

• All purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is defective, different from the item listed on your order receipt, or damaged.

• Payments will be processed securely through our third-party payment providers.
